Coaching
$100 per hour. Sliding scale available as needed.
Coaching helps you move from Point A to Point B. While that seems easy most times, We can sometimes get stuck or caught in our heads. Having a coach, who is asking pointed questions, can help one move to the next place.
I specialize in boundaries, goal setting, ministry issues, grounding, and finding new paths.
There is a discounted rate for first year pastors in their first year of ministry.
Reflective Pastoral Supervision
$150 per hour. Standard commitment is 6 sessions.
Reflective Pastoral Supervision is a way of approaching ministry issues using the Greenwich Tunnel Method of exploration. It uses art, play, embodiment, and a wide variety of methods to help explore ministry questions.
The first session will be dedicated to creating a covenant.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is done contractually. We will set an agreed upon price and a set number of sessions.
Using coaching with a board or council can help groups focused on a common mission or out of a stuck place. Using an outside voice can help a board or council look at the larger picture, set annual goals, and examine their own decision making process without judgment or church baggage. Using a coach also helps set a time limit to focus and helps create action.
There will be a free consultation with me and the group to set a contract and create the goals for our sessions.
